HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Take advantage of it, it's free for orders over 45 euros! Delivery costs are automatically calculated, you will see the amount displayed before placing your order.

We ship from the Netherlands, it can take 5-6 working days to arrive at your home.

After preparing your order, you will receive a tracking number for your package.

 

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Fortunately, all of our harnesses and collars are adjustable to provide comfort and safety for your dog.

Do you already have a harness or collar? You can measure the size easily and compare.

The important thing is to measure the circumference of your dog's neck and chest.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can change your mind, within a period of 14 days after receiving your order.

You must return the products to us within 14 days of communicating your decision to return your your order.

Products must be unworn, used, altered, washed or damaged. They must be accompanied by the packaging, and all documents and accessories provided.

Once the goods have been received, you will be reimbursed within 10 working days.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Returns are at your expense, except in the case where you receive a defective product or a product that does not correspond to what you ordered. In this case, contact customer service with your first name, last name and order number at hello@barkzie.com

Products must be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging, new and unworn, with the packing list.

You will not receive a return shipping label.

You can return your item to the following address, stating your first name, last name and order number, with the packing list:

 

Do not ship back your order before contacting us.

MY PRODUCTS DO NOT MATCH MY ORDER

In the event of delivery not in accordance with the order or defective items, please contact us at hello@barkzie.com.

You must return them in their original packaging, indicating the reason for refusal on the delivery note or invoice and you can choose:

• new delivery in accordance with your order
• repair of the defective product if possible
• exchange of the product with another similar one
• cancellation of the order

We will create a return shipping label for you and proceed with your choice.

 

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED?

Our harnesses are lined with neoprene. From the rubber family, it is a resistant, light and elastic material that provides all the comfort to your dog during walks.

The inside of the leashes, at the handle level, is also lined with neoprene.

Regarding cooling bandanas, collars and bow ties, they are made of polyester. This material has the advantage of being very light and breathable, robust and stretchable for comfort, perfect for dynamic dogs.

 

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ONLY FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM DOGS?

The products are best suited for small and medium sized dogs (especially leashes).
